Living Forward ABA Autism Center is locally owned and founded by Amber Decker & Danielle Pelz. With a combined 20+ years of experience in the field of ABA, extensive certifications and educational accomplishments, and an utmost passion for children with Autism and their future, Amber & Danielle have developed a center in which goals are not only achieved, but exceeded.

Amber is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who received her Masters degree from Ball State University. Before doing so, Amber worked as a speech therapist assistant and was introduced to ABA therapy and found her passion! As she achieved her Masters degree Amber worked as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) with children with Autism. With Amber's time in the field she has gained experience with a wide range of learner's, challenging behavior, teaching strategies and more!

Danielle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who received her Masters degree from Florida Institute of Technology. Danielle has experienced many roles, from Behavior Tech to Director. In addition, she has experience with decreasing severe challenging behavior, teaching kids of varying abilities, and partnering with families to ensure each child’s success. She is passionate about therapy being a safe place where children are treated with kindness, respect, and patience. She is excited about being a part of the Marion community and joining with families to assist children in reaching their goals!
